North East Border Collie Association (NEBCA)

The North East Border Collie Association (NEBCA) holds competitions in south-east Canada and north-east Uited States. It is the regional society that holds competitions within the United States Border Collie Handlers' Association (USBCHA), the US’s equivalent of the ISDS.

The earliest on-line Newsletter is 1983 October. The current year’s Newsletters are held for Members only, and are released for all after one year.
