Jackie Goulder

Jackie Goulder is the current Secretary of the Ryedale Sheepdog Society. She was first interviewed in “Working Sheepdog News” in May/June 1997. Below is a recent interview that Jackie kindly helped us with, to update on her life of shepherding and sheepdog trialling. Jackie has a great interest in herding sheep with all different breeds of dogs. She runs clinics, has her own website (www.spanglefish.com/allbreedsherdinguk) and has written three books on herding sheep with all breeds. This September (2017) she qualified as an AHBA (American Herding Breeds Association) judge, the first in the U. K.

Jackie has been asked to provide training on behalf of the ISDS at Askham Bryan College in York.
